Policy Regarding Recording Devices

Effective immediately Pearl City Medical Associates will no longer permits electronic or other recording mechanisms in the office, the exam room, or on the premises. These recordings breach the confidentiality rights of other patients and infringe on the privacy rights of the clinicians and employees of Pearl City Medical Associates. Any person discovered recording on the premises will be asked to discontinue recording and may be rescheduled for another visit, or discharged as a patient and will be unable to receive future care from Pearl City Medical Associates. Pet Policy

Effective immediately, no pets are allowed in our office and in our office building. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
