• PCMA participates with most major health insurance plans. ​

  • If we are a participating provider with your insurance plan(s), we will file a claim for you.

  • If we are not a particapating provider, we will try to file a claim, provided we have all the necessary information.

  • If we are unable to file a claim, it will be mailed to you to file yourself.

• You are responsible for your medical bills, including charges that are not covered by your insurance plan. Also, some insurance plans have an annual deductible which is your responsibility to follow.
