Prescription Refills

  • We have a refill line available to leave a message requesting prescription refills for your primary care physician.

  • When you call the Adult Medicine or Pediatrics Department phone line, you can press “1” to be transferred to the refill line.

  • Please leave the following information in your message

    • Patient name

    • Patient date of birth

    • Name of medication needed to be refilled

    • Pharmacy name and location to send the refill to

    • Phone number where the requestor or patient can be reached in the event there are any problems with the request.

    • We also require 48 hours advance notice for refill requests.

  • Please call the pharmacy to check if your prescription is ready for pickup. If you need a refill urgently, please call our office and speak with a receptionist.

  • Please do not leave requests for appointments or medical advice on the refill line.
